Twin Room (The Annex)
Our Twin Rooms in The Annex offer an affordable and social way to live while you study. Each room includes two king single beds, plenty of storage, and a study desk, designed for comfort and convenience.
In the Annex, residents have access to a communal kitchen, laundry, dining, and living area, with a shared bathroom on each floor. You’ll also enjoy full access to all Campus Melbourne’s main building facilities, including the pool, gym, study spaces, and social areas.
Book a bed by yourself and we’ll pair you with a roommate. Or you can book together with a friend.

When does the early bird pricing end?
Early bird pricing won't be around forever — it can close at any time.
There's no way to guarantee it'll still be available if you wait, so the rate you lock in today is the best guarantee you'll get. The Annex and Studio Deluxe rooms tend to go first, so it's worth enquiring sooner rather than later.
What happens after I apply?
The team will send you a follow up email to confirm your application. You’ll have 48 hours to confirm your booking by paying the 2 weeks advanced rent. This payment will lock in your room and the rate.
How much is the deposit?
To confirm your room you must make a payment of 2 weeks in advance of the room and rate you have booked.
You will also be required to pay a security deposit before or on arrival. This can be paid with cash or debit/credit card. The deposit due depends on your length of stay:
• Bookings less than 30 days: Full stay prepayment + $250 security deposit required.
• Bookings less than 90 days: 2 weeks prepayment + $500 security deposit required.
• Bookings greater than 91 days: 2 weeks prepayment + $1000 security deposit required.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling more than 30 days before agreement start date: you can cancel the booking providing written notice at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date. Security deposit may be retained
Cancelling less than 30 days before agreement start date: If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the booking check-in date, the student will be breaching the T&Cs; therefore, the rent paid in advance & security deposit may be retained.
Cancelling if you do not receive a Visa or Placement to study in Australia: A penalty will not be charged. Written notice must be given to Campus Melbourne at least 14 days before the agreement start date.
What’s included in the housekeeping?
All rates do include a housekeeping service once a week, which covers surfaces, sweeping, mopping and removing garbage. This does not include any bedding or towels.
What’s do I need to bring?
To make your stay comfortable, just bring along your own kitchen essentials (like pots, pans, utensils), plus your toiletries, cleaning supplies, bedding, towels and anything else you like to use day-to-day.
