7 days minimum – 13 weeks (Short Stay)
13 weeks – 44 weeks (Mid Stay)

Campus Melbourne has a total of 237 rooms across 3 floors within the Together Co-living building
Any student, domestic, and international, aged 18+ who is enrolled in a Melbourne university, vocational college, English school or registered training provider.

Our safety and security features include:

• Swipe cards for building and room access.
• Live-in Residential Advisors who have a direct line to the General Manager.
Our team is trained to understand and adapt to diverse cultures. All students residing at Campus have to participate in an orientation program where we go through our Campus rules and values, which clearly state our expectations on inclusivity, and living in harmony as an open, caring and considerate community. Our Residential Advisors are available to discuss any issues, no matter how big or small.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm a booking, students are required to pay two weeks’ rent in advance. A security deposit is payable on arrival at the latest.
Cancellations Before Check-In
1. If a booking is cancelled at any time before the booking start date, the 2 weeks advance rent will be retained.
2. Any additional payments made (including extra advance rent or the security deposit) will be refunded.
3. If a booking is cancelled due to a student visa not being approved on-time, the 2 weeks advance rent and all other payments made will be fully refunded, upon provision of evidence.
Cancellations After Check-In
1. If a cancellation is made after check-in, the student must give us 4 weeks’ notice otherwise the security deposit will be retained.
2. If 4 weeks' notice is provided, all rent paid in advance and 50% of the security deposit will be refunded to the student
3. After the cancellation, if the new length of stay differs from the tiered rate originally booked, the student will be charged or adjusted to the applicable rate for their final length of stay.

Booking Amendments
Any requests to amend a booking must be made at least 2 weeks before the booking start date.

Yes we do! All rates do include weekly housekeeping, which covers surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing garbage. Residents are required to strip their own beds with the linen we provide once a week. The housekeeping team will collect weekly and drop off a fresh set of bedding and towels.
